SRINIVASAN SESHAN

Srinivasan, also called Srini, is a co-founder of Eywa Pharma. He is currently the CEO of Eywa Pharma Inc., USA and member of the Board of Directors of Zista Pharma Limited, UK and Eywa Pharma Inc., USA.

He brings a business experience of 30 years in various roles including Managing Director and CEO of Matrix Laboratories, the Head of Global Emerging Markets for Mylan Inc., and as Managing Director of SVL Ltd, holding company for the industrial businesses of Shriram Group, Chennai.

He played a key role in the rapid growth achieved by Matrix, organically as well as through M&As. Matrix was valued at over USD 1 billion during the acquisition by Mylan in 2006.

R. JAYAKUMAR

R. Jayakumar, affectionately called “Jakes” by his friends, is a co-founder of Eywa Pharma and member of the Board of Directors of Zista Pharma Limited, UK and Eywa Pharma Inc., USA. He is currently the Managing Director of Eywa Pharma Private Ltd, India.

Jakes was the Head of Global Business Development at Mylan and held various responsibilities in that organization including Head of Regional Technical Operations for EMEA, based out of Lyon in France.

He has about 28 years of experience spanning across various functions including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, M&A, Sourcing & Purchasing, Technical Operations, Project Management in the Finished Dosage Forms (FDF) as well as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) businesses. He is a proud owner of an enviable relationship bank in India, US, Europe and other geographies.

J. SIVAKUMAR

J. Sivakumar, also known as "Siva", has over 32 years of experience across various industries. He is currently the CFO and Executive Director of Eywa Pharma Private Ltd, India.

Prior to joining Eywa in October 2015, he was the CFO of Orient Green Power Company Limited, the only listed company in India in the pure play renewable energy space.

Siva's experience encompasses various functions including Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Taxation, Information Systems, Cross border fund raising and Mergers and Acquisitions besides Company Secretarial functions. 

Siva also played an active role in his previous assignments including facilitating divestment of stake in a large business as well as a cross border acquisition of business.

SUBRATA GHOSH

Subrata Ghosh, also called Subbi, is currently the COO and Executive Director of Eywa Pharma Private Ltd, India.

He has over 30 years of business experience. In his tenure with Reliance Industries Limited spanning about a decade, he was the Site commercial head responsible for implementation of D-6 development project, an over 5-Billion-dollar project. He played a key role in the implementation of the Business transformation processes for E&P Commercial at Reliance Industries.

As part of his pharma industry experience, Subbi also had a six-year stint with Medicorp Technologies India Limited, Hyderabad, India. He played a key role in setting up an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) plant at Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.

VINCE SUNEJA

Vince is currently the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations for USA and member of the Board of Directors of Eywa Pharma Inc., USA. He is also the global general counsel for the company.

Prior to Eywa, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of TwoFour Insight Group, LLC responsible for the financial management, operational oversight and strategic direction of the Company’s operations. Before starting TwoFour Insight Group, he worked with Mylan in senior leadership positions in areas of governmental affairs, policy, legal and regulatory. Prior to this, he was the First Secretary, Market Access and Compliance Attaché at the US Embassy in New Delhi, India.

Vince earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business, Masters of Law in Global Health Law and a World Trade Organization Certificate from Georgetown University Law’s Institute of International Economic Law Center, and a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University, Petit College of Law.

KAVIT TYAGI

Kavit is currently the Senior Vice President, Business Development & Global API Sourcing and member of the Board of Directors of Eywa Pharma Inc., USA.

He has over 18 years of diversified global experience in finished dosage formulation and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Prior to joining Eywa, Kavit was associated with Kyowa Hakko USA Inc as Sr. Vice President – Marketing, Strategy and Product Portfolio – Biopharmaceuticals & Amino Acid. Prior to Kyowa, Kavit was the Head – API Sales & Marketing and Product Portfolio (API) of Mylan Laboratories for North America.

Kavit received his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Nagpur University in India and his Masters in International Business Management from IMT Gaziabad, India.

PRASAD UPPALAPATI

Prasad, known to many as “UV”, is the Senior Vice President & Site Head, Eywa Pharma Inc. Facility in Cranbury NJ, USA.

He has over 30 years of experience in varied pharmaceutical functions such as formulation development, technology transfer, process optimization, validation and large-scale manufacturing. UV was actively involved in several expansion and construction projects wherein he played a key role in the planning, execution, and commercialization of the multiple pharma facilities in New Jersey and New York. He was instrumental in building and mentoring multi-faceted teams of professionals in operating many Pharma facilities and launching a number of key first to file generic medications.

Prior to Eywa, Prasad has worked for companies like Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc., Novel Laboratories Inc. and Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals Inc. in key leadership positions and has handled different dosage forms including Oral Solids, Oral Liquids, Topical solutions, Topical Ointments & Creams, Injectables and Nasal sprays.

Prasad has a B.S and M.S in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Nagpur University in India.

BRIJESH KUMAR

Brijesh is currently Director, Business Development ,UK and Europe for Zista Pharma Limited, UK.

He is a multi-faceted business professional with substantial exposure in various functions including Commercial Operations, Business Development, Business Analysis and Financial Management. During his professional career spanning over 20 years, Brijesh has worked in various geographies including India, China , UK and Europe. He has set up subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and was responsible for P&L's out of these geographies.

Brijesh’s previous experience includes stints at Bristol Laboratories, Mylan/Matrix Laboratories, and Cipla Ltd.

He is a certified Management Accountant as well as a Financial Analyst.
