SRINIVASAN SESHAN

DIRECTOR AND VICE-CHAIRMAN

Srinivasan, also called Srini, is a co-founder of Eywa Pharma. He is currently the CEO of Eywa Pharma Inc., USA and member of the Board of Directors of Zista Pharma Limited, UK and Eywa Pharma Inc., USA.

He brings a business experience of 30 years in various roles including Managing Director and CEO of Matrix Laboratories, the Head of Global Emerging Markets for Mylan Inc., and as Managing Director of SVL Ltd, holding company for the industrial businesses of Shriram Group, Chennai.

He played a key role in the rapid growth achieved by Matrix, organically as well as through M&As. Matrix was valued at over USD 1 billion during the acquisition by Mylan in 2006.

R. JAYAKUMAR

DIRECTOR

R. Jayakumar, affectionately called "Jakes" by his friends, is a co-founder of Eywa Pharma and member of the Board of Directors of Zista Pharma Limited, UK and Eywa Pharma Inc., USA. He is currently the Managing Director of Eywa Pharma Private Ltd, India.

Jakes was the Head of Global Business Development at Mylan and held various responsibilities in that organization including Head of Regional Technical Operations for EMEA, based out of Lyon in France.

He has about 28 years of experience spanning across various functions including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, M&A, Sourcing & Purchasing, Technical Operations, Project Management in the Finished Dosage Forms (FDF) as well as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) businesses. He is a proud owner of an enviable relationship bank in India, US, Europe and other geographies.

D.V. RAVI

DIRECTOR

D.V. Ravi is the Co-Founder of TAKE Solutions and a member of its Board of Directors. He is also the Managing Director of Shriram Capital Limited (SCL) - the holding company for the Financial Services and Insurance entities of the Shriram Group. SCL and its operating entities, have an overall customer base in excess of 12 Million, more than 60,000 employees across 3,000 offices, net profit of USD 328 Million with Assets Under Management (AUM) in excess of USD 13 Billion.

H.R. SRINIVASAN

H.R. Srinivasan, fondly known as Sri, is the Co- Founder, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of TAKE Solutions and a member of its Board of Directors. He brings 28 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and General Management.

Sri started his career as a Civil Servant in the Government of India. Post that, he successfully held several leadership roles including Executive Director of the Shriram Group, Managing Director of Sembcorp Logistics, Singapore, Managing Director of Temasek Capital, Singapore among others. He has served both on the State and Regional Councils of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has also served as the Past President of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Chennai Chapter. In 2008, Sri was conferred with the CII Connect – “Entrepreneur of the Year” aHnd the CII Tamil Nadu "Emerging Entrepreneur" award in 2010. He is a member of the YPO (Young Presidents Organization).

DR. PREM PAVOOR

Prem Pavoor is a Partner at Eight Roads Ventures and leads investments in India in the lifesciences and healthcare sectors.

Prem was previously based in the United States with McKinsey & Company's Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Practice where he advised pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare and private equity clients on areas including R&D, business development, manufacturing optimisation and post-merger integrations.

His patented doctoral thesis work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard Medical School focused on enhancing the performance of medical implants. Prem is the recipient of the MIT-OMNOVA award for Excellence in Polymer Research.

Prem holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT), Mumbai, a MS and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering Practice from MIT and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

DR. KETAN PATEL

DIRECTOR

Ketan Patel is a Partner with F-Prime Capital and has worked in the healthcare sector as an investor, consultant, and physician. Prior to joining F-Prime Capital in 2007, Dr. Patel advised biopharmaceutical and medical device companies on brand strategy, clinical development plans, and business development activities in the corporate consulting division of Leerink Swann & Company. Dr. Patel served as a physician at the VA Boston Healthcare System and at Weill Cornell Medical Center-New York Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where he completed his internal medicine training.

Dr. Patel focuses on investing in therapeutics and medical device companies and has served as a director or board observer of Aclaris Therapeutics, Acorn Cardiovascular, Amphora Medical, Bioconnect Systems, Eywa Pharma, Ivenix, Laurus Labs, Medwell Ventures, Menlo Therapeutics, NextWave Pharmaceuticals, Vicept Therapeutics, and Xcyton Diagnostics.

Dr. Patel is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, where he received both his MD and MBA as part of that institution's Healthcare Management Program and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his undergraduate studies in biology and economics with highest honors at Rutgers University.
